It might not be Tampa, which ranked high in a survey of the best cities in the nation for finding a job, but Miami still made the cut.Jacksonville was the other Florida location on WalletHub's analysis of job prospects in the U.S. The company factored in three general categories, which included ease of finding a job, salary and benefits, and cost of living.Click on the slideshow accompanying this story to see where the Florida cities ranked.Much of the top 10 was dominated by Texas, particularly Fort Worth and its neighbors, Dallas and Arlington. The state's lack of local or state income tax are enough to make up for middle-of-the-pack rankings when it comes to industry variety, health care coverage and the percentage of the workforce living below the poverty line, according to Wallet Hub.Miami did score high when it came to industry variety among the cities, which is a nod to how diversified the city's economy is, and how attractive it will be to different types of professionals.This year is expected to be a strong year for hiring nationwide, with 27 percent of employers planning to hire, according to the National Association for Business Economics. There's also a projected 8 percent bump in the number of recent college graduates who land jobs.
